I deposited Bitcoin into Cash App and my payment is pending because it was refused by Cash App, which makes no sense considering I’ve used both wallets involved several times. The software then shuts down once I hit reverse payment. Customer care will not assist me, and when the so-called specialized team emails me, they are not real people, but robots who are incapable of assisting me with this problem. Why is Cash App attempting to steal my money? Can someone kindly assist me? am being snowballed by the cash app for real.
CANDID ANSWER
The “Reverse Deposit” functionality has the same problem. It’s been a week since I first opened my ticket. Support is at best fragmented, with no internal communication. If someone from CashApp could explain this further, that would be fantastic.
They haven’t informed me anything or answered any of my queries about why this is happening. I even provided them the confirmation email that I was given just in case there were any security issues, and they still haven’t done anything. It’s as if you’re conversing with bots who have predetermined responses. There is a Bitcoin speciallist team that is made up entirely of robots, with no real people present. I’m furious since this is over 600 dollars, and if they steal my money, I’m going to file a lawsuit. I’ve screen recorded everything and have proof.
I have $6,000 in Bitcoin pending. Nobody can explain why the app crashes when I select that feature. We can’t be the only ones going through this. On five separate instances, I was given directions on how to troubleshoot, after their announcement that the “technical team” is working hard to remedy the issue. By far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.
When sending me money, someone requested both my phone number and email address.
They emailed me a screenshot with the words “for your protection, this payment was returned,” and then they requested for my email after already requesting my phone number. Is this a scam, or may I submit them my email with confidence?
Is CashApp blocking withdrawals?
So, during the current correction, I decided to bite the bullet and BTFD on Cashapp. I then stated, “OK, not your keys, not your coins,” as is customary, and attempted to transfer funds from CashApp to my own hardware wallet address, but was informed that I had surpassed my daily withdrawal limit of $2000. I haven’t withdrawn anything today, so this is plainly incorrect. I then tried to resubmit the withdraw request, but when I pasted my hardware wallet address into the CashApp to line, it indicated it was unavailable for on chain transactions. I’m wondering whether the jig is finally up and they’re going to restrict withdrawals or something. In any case, I’m curious if anyone else is experiencing these issues with CashApp, or if anyone has in the past, and what they did to remedy it. Obviously, I’ve emailed support, but don’t expect anything in the near future. Thanks. am being snowballed by the cash app, its crazy.
Edit: I’m not sure what changed, but it appears to be working again for withdrawals. The timing of the inability to transfer appears suspect, however everything appears to be back to normal at current time.

I sent mine to my own wallet without any problems. Thank you for double-checking. Yes, it appears to be operational again as of a few minutes ago. I’m not sure what was going on, but I was simply pleased to remove my sats TF off these exchanges as soon as possible.

Sorry for your inconvenience, but any BTC holding you leave in third-party custody, you give them control, and the danger, whether deliberate or unintentional, may occur at an inconvenient time for you. You should have known that, and it’s unfortunate that it’s now happening to you.
I’m not kidding. Because I don’t mine bitcoin, I buy it on exchanges and instantly transfer it to my own addresses, which was the issue here because they wouldn’t let me at first. SMH
It appears to be operational once more. So, this is it, isn’t it? They’ll just take away our ability to withdraw whenever they don’t have real money to back it up and say “unable to withdraw on chain,” huh? Nice. This is the final time I’ll wear this outfit. To be honest, I’m not sure why this comes as a surprise to me. The strange thing is that I always assumed that when an exchange’s supply was depleted, the price would rise. As far as I’m concerned, they’re pulling it the other way and selling us Bitcoin IOUs while stealing our cash. This is just nonsense!
I attempted to purchase, but the funds have yet to appear. I believe they are simply overburdened. Was the money in your cashapp account cleared, or was it a new ACH transfer? am being snowballed by the cash app, help me,
I placed a standard order, like I had done hundreds of times before with my same account. Until recently, I’ve never had issue promptly withdrawing BTC from the CashApp. This does not smell right to me!
When the price fluctuates dramatically, either up or down, a large number of people rush to buy or sell. This causes an extremely large load on their servers, which can cause technical problems. The same thing happens all the time with Coinbase, and people are continually accusing them of fraud or market manipulation, but it’s really just that servers can only handle so much, thus the service is more likely to go down during major price moves.
Only the payment note field is mentioned in the notification “unavailable for on chain transactions.”
I’m now getting the same error with roughly 5.2 mill sats (2k+)… but it let me proceed to the next stage and fill in my cash app for verification. But I exited because I’m not about to risk it all. Will try again later. I’m glad that was resolved for you.
